Lansdown Park Academy is committed to the Learn@Academy Trust Mission and Ethos.

‘All different, All equal, All achieving together’

To create a learning environment which recognizes that all young people are different but all deserve equal opportunities to achieve to their full potential. We will deliver an outstanding, inclusive, personalised curriculum through a multi-disciplinary approach in order to equip our students with the skills and experiences needed to embrace life-long learning.

Learn@ Multi-Academy Trust is a community of schools that will support best possible progress academically, socially and emotionally, preparing pupils for positive participation and engagement in their wider community and throughout their life.

Within the Learn@ Multi-Academy Trust we treat everyone equally.  Through tolerance, respect and responsibility we promote and reflect equality and fairness across our whole community.  We celebrate diversity and are inclusive of race, gender, sexuality, faith, ability, aptitude and age.  We strive to offer every individual member of our learning community, the support, structure, resources and style of approach they require to fulfil their hopes and aspirations.

It is the ambition of Learn@ Multi-Academy Trust that through collaboration and partnership working we will ensure that all will have the opportunity to succeed and achieve.  It is our ambition to be a centre of excellence, sharing best specialist and inclusive practice within Bristol, the region and beyond.

Learn@ Multi-Academy Trust as a family of schools will continue to recruit, develop and retain highly skilled adaptable and committed practitioners.  Working together, they will achieve best possible outcomes for pupils in our schools and in the wider community.  Through comprehensive links with mainstream schools we will be actively involved and supportive of identifying SEND and providing effective interventions to support individual children.  Our outreach work in local schools will also provide opportunity to lead mainstream colleagues in developing their skills and abilities in working positively with young people with SEMH and SLCN.
